Terms of Service
Last updated April 1, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FolioPDF. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the FolioPDF service. This includes attempting to access the service in any way other than through the documented interfaces, generating illegal or fraudulent content, or interfering with other customers' use of the service.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period; FolioPDF does not pro-rate refunds for unused cycle time.
Paddle.com Market Limited acts as our merchant of record for all paid subscriptions. Paddle processes payments, calculates and remits applicable taxes, and handles refunds and chargebacks under Paddle's Terms of Service. By purchasing a paid plan you agree to those terms in addition to these Terms.
Customer data
You retain all rights to the data you provide to FolioPDF. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely as needed to provide the service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if you violate these Terms or for extended non-payment. You may terminate your account at any time.
Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FolioPDF disclaims all implied warranties.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FolioPDF's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced with at least 30 days' notice.

These terms reflect FolioPDF's actual operating model (Paddle merchant of record, OAuth-based access, in-region processing). Final review by your legal counsel is recommended before public marketplace listing.
