Branding
Make every PDF look like yours
Set your logo and brand color once, in settings. Every PDF after that uses them automatically.
Last updated Apr 8, 2026
FolioPDF gives every PDF your company’s look automatically. You set your branding once, in Settings, and every PDF anyone in your team makes after that uses it.
What you can change
In Settings, you can configure:
- Logo URL. Direct link to your company logo (PNG or SVG recommended). Appears in the header of every PDF.
- Theme. Pick one of the design-system themes to set the overall visual style of every PDF.
- Brand color. Optional 6-digit hex (for example,
#3b65ff). When set, it overrides the chosen theme’s accent color. - Company name. Shown as the seller / sender name on PDFs that print it. Leave blank to use your HubSpot account name.
- Folder path. Which folder in your HubSpot file manager generated PDFs land in. Defaults to
/foliopdf. - Partner code. If a FolioPDF Solution Partner referred you, enter their code within 30 days of installation to credit them.
That’s it on purpose. You don’t have to fiddle with fonts, margins, or layouts. Every template is already designed to look professional, and your logo and color drop in cleanly.
How to set your branding
- Open the FolioPDF settings page (the link is in the FolioPDF card on any deal).
- Paste a URL to your hosted logo.
- Pick a theme.
- Optionally paste a brand color hex code (for example,
#3b65ff). - Click Save.
Done. Try opening a deal, picking a template, and clicking Generate. Your branding will already be in there.
What you can’t change (yet)
- Fonts. Every template uses a font that was chosen to look good. You can’t swap it.
- Layout. The structure of each template is fixed. If you want a different look, pick a different template from the catalog.
- Custom templates. You can’t author your own template today. We’re listening, so let us know what you’d build at support@foliopdf.dev.
- Default template per record type. Right now reps pick a template each time. Per-record-type defaults are on the roadmap.
