Template catalog

Every template that ships with FolioPDF, what it looks like, and when to use it.

Last updated Apr 8, 2026

FolioPDF ships with a library of professionally-designed templates. You pick one from the FolioPDF card on a record, and your branding (logo and brand color) drops in automatically.

You can’t edit a template’s structure today, but you can pick the one that fits the moment. Here’s the full list.

For deals

Deal summary

Use it for: an internal one-page brief on a deal, with owner, stage, key dates, and top activity. Great for handoffs and exec updates.

Deal proposal

Use it for: sending a customer a clean, branded proposal with line items and pricing.

Offer letter

Use it for: a polished offer letter to send a customer. Comes in three styles so you can pick the personality that fits your brand:

  • Modern. Clean and minimal (the default offer-letter).
  • Executive. Formal and restrained.
  • Formal. Traditional, business-letter look.

All three use the same words and the same data, just a different visual personality. Pick whichever your brand prefers.

For contacts

Contact profile

Use it for: a one-page profile of a contact, with role, company, recent activity, and notes. Useful before meetings.

For quotes

Quote letter

Use it for: a customer-facing cover letter to send with a HubSpot quote. Comes in four styles:

  • Modern. Clean and minimal (the default quote-letter).
  • Branded. Leans heavily into your brand color.
  • Commercial. Business-direct.
  • Formal. Traditional cover-letter look.

How to preview a template

In the FolioPDF card on any record, hover over a template to see a small preview thumbnail. You can also generate a test PDF on a sample deal to see exactly how it looks with your branding.
