Removing FolioPDF
How to uninstall, and what happens to your data when you do.

Removing FolioPDF takes a few clicks, and you can do it any time. Only HubSpot admins can do it.
How to remove FolioPDF
- In HubSpot, click the Settings gear in the top navigation.
- Open Integrations → Connected Apps.
- Find FolioPDF in the list.
- Click the menu next to it and choose Uninstall.
That’s it. HubSpot will confirm the app has been removed.
What happens next
The moment you uninstall:
- FolioPDF can no longer read anything from your HubSpot account. The OAuth tokens we held are invalidated by HubSpot at the same time.
- Any PDFs you’ve already made stay in your HubSpot account, on the records and in the Files library, exactly where they are. They belong to you, not to us.
Your branding settings, document metadata, and audit log entries remain on our side until you request deletion. To request deletion, email support@foliopdf.dev with your HubSpot account ID and we will purge your data within 30 days.

Want to come back later?
You can re-install FolioPDF any time from the home page. It’s the same five-minute setup as the first time, and any branding settings we held will still be there if you re-install before you’ve requested deletion.
